WBM Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that plans may change, and we aim to accommodate our customers to the best of our abilities. However, please note the following guidelines regarding cancellations and rescheduling:
Cancellation:
- If a cancellation request is received more than 14 days prior to the scheduled event, a full refund of the booking amount will be issued.
- Cancellations made between 14 to 10 days before the event will be subject to a 50% refund of the booking amount.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 10 days of the event.
Rescheduling:
- Customers may request to reschedule their booking within 3 months from the original event date.
- A rescheduling fee of 3,000 INR will be applicable, which will be deducted from the token money initially paid.
- The rescheduled date must be confirmed and agreed upon by both parties.
Process for Cancellation or Rescheduling:
- All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated in writing via email or through our official communication channels.
- Requests will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be issued using the same method of payment used for the booking.
Exceptions:
- In case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events, exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
